New BAUPROP SUPPORTS 20kN 3.0-5.5m slab formwork

The BAUPROP 20 steel prop with infinitely variable height adjustment and self-cleaning thread is designed for the transfer of vertical compression loads in temporary floor props and in beam and frame formwork systems. Its construction consists of two tubes: an inner tube with holes and an outer tube with threads, as well as an adjusting nut, a locking pin and two plates that form the upper prop head and the lower prop base. The whole is hot-dip galvanised and the nut is also powder-coated in a characteristic orange.

The prop has a minimum load-bearing capacity of 20kN in accordance with EN-1065 and a high safety factor and is Sigma certified by SIGMA KARLSRUHE GmbH.

The prop has an external thread with a self-cleaning mechanism that allows the prop height to be adjusted continuously over the entire operating range. When the prop is lowered as far as possible, a safety distance is maintained to protect the installer's hand from being crushed.
