BPM-500 — a reliable machine for heating and supplying bitumen-elastomer sealing mastics. The equipment is ideal for sealing cracks and deformation joints, waterproofing works, as well as for repair and maintenance of highways, airfields, and industrial coatings.
The key element of the machine is the heating tank. The mastic is heated to working temperature by a diesel burner through an oil jacket filled with thermal oil, which ensures uniform and safe heating.
The heated material is supplied through a pressure hose and a pouring rod.
The filler is equipped with a single-cylinder diesel engine. To maintain a stable working temperature, there is an electric heating system for the mastic supply hose and the filling nozzle of the rod.
An additional advantage is the crack and joint cleaning system, which includes a compressor, a “hot spear” and gas equipment. This allows you to quickly prepare the surface before pouring the mastic and significantly improves the quality of the repair.
