used stationary concrete pumps: at bargain prices
A stationary concrete pump is a variety of construction equipment whose main task is to deliver concrete mixture without interruptions at a certain distance and height.
Stationary concrete pumps are equipped with chassis (usually having one or two wheel axles) and with a hitch mechanism, which provides the possibility to transport such equipment with the help of a tractor unit or a truck. The required increased stability during operation is provided by outriggers stipulated by the construction of most stationary concrete pumps.
The stationary concrete pumps have disadvantages in terms of mobility in comparison to concrete pumps mounted on frames of trucks and, unlike the latter ones, most of them are not equipped with their own placer booms. Despite these facts, their high capacity by far surmounts these disadvantages. It is enough to say that some models are capable of pumping about 200 m3 of concrete mixture per hour, delivering it at the distance of over 600 m vertically and 3000 m horizontally, which makes these machines simply irreplaceable on large construction sites. The absence of their own placer booms can be resolved by using special stationary hydraulic placer booms.
