This integrated line combines Kaltenbach's KBS 1010 band saw and drilling units to provide a complete solution for processing steel profiles. It is capable of cutting profiles up to 1030 mm wide with precise angles within a range of ±60° and simultaneously drilling holes on three surfaces of the profile. By sequentially performing cutting, drilling, and marking operations under a single CNC control without removing the material from the line, it significantly reduces production time and increases efficiency.
