The Random Tape 50 SB self-dimensioning tape-sealer is a semi-automatic machine that seals with self-adhesive tape the top and bottom of American-style variable-size boxes. In the work cycle, the operator squares the box by folding the lower flaps to proceed with filling, after which he closes the upper flaps and pushes it into the machine. The sizing of the machine is activated with respect to the size of the box.
GENERAL FEATURES
The box is moved forward by two lateral belts which transport it towards the 2 taping heads. As it passes towards the latter, the box is simultaneously taped at the top and bottom. The result is a perfect alignment of the flaps and thus optimal sealing by the high-performance taping head. The taping machine is equipped with infeed and outfeed roller conveyors.
