Bemerkung:
Die Maschine ist im Original Zustand, die Funktion ist geprüft.
Der Antrieb der Maschine erfolgt mechanisch über Trapezgewindespindel und einen Getriebemotor. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten mechanisch angetriebenen Räummaschine bei welchen die Trapezspindel, Antriebs und Führungselement bilden, hat diese Maschine zusätzliche Führungssäulen. Die Maschine ist somit zusätzlich Säulengeführt und sehr stabil aufgebaut.
Der Doppelspindelantrieb ist ideal für eine kontinuierlich gleichbleibende Schnittgeschwindigkeit auch bei größeren Zugkräften.
Die Maschine steht bei uns im Lager und kann unter Strom besichtigt werden.
Allgemeines
Der Doppelspindelantrieb sorgt für einen ruhigen und zentralen Zugpunkt sowie einer konstanten Räumgeschwindigkeit (Räumgeschwindigkeit wahlweise mit 3m/min oder 6m/min).
Die Maschine ist bauartbedingt, schnell und leicht, für das Räumen mit Flachräumwerkzeugen zum Passfedernuten einzurichten.
Durch den konstruktiv universellen Aufbau der Zugbrücke und des Maschinentisches ist ohne die Verwendung zusätzlicher Ziehköpfe das Räumen mit Profil- und Flachräumwerkzeugen möglich.
