MGI TONKER 830 is a versatile machine highly appreciated by professionals worldwide. Its well-thought-out design allows for pile driving, drilling, and screw pile installation, depending on the configuration. It is also suitable for land reclamation, such as after photovoltaic farms, thanks to the possibility of equipping it with jaws for extracting piles with a pulling force of up to 6000 kg. The mast can be extended to accommodate piles up to 6.1 m in length, and it offers great immersion depth, working lights, operators cabin, and a fork for transporting piles, among other solutions that improve work efficiency. The pile driver is also equipped with a lockable toolbox, anti-slip coatings on oil and fuel tanks, and areas prone to damage to the paintwork are protected with embossed metal sheets. Unlike other machines in its class, it uses a double chain for hammer lifting, additionally equipped with a gravity tensioner to protect the piston rod from damage. Operator comfort is ensured by a 12V cigarette lighter socket located in the operators box, which is ideal for storing personal items and includes electrical system fuses.
